Abstract

The results of studies on the properties of clathrates for fourfold enhanced InSe matrix with guest contents of β-cyclodextrin, FeSO4 and their changes during the formation of hierarchical (cavitation) architecture are performed. The changing of the parameters of impurity energy spectrum for expanded matrix during the formation of clathrates is clarified based on the frequency dependencies of the specific complex impedance. Found that hierarchization of nanohybrid architecture provides extraordinary (oscillative) behavior of the current-voltage characteristics in the magnetic field. Impedance photoresponse discovered the phenomenon of "negative" photocapacitance that open up new possibilities of their practical application. The interpretation of experimental data based on the model of the array of quantum dots linked to slow trap centers in submatrix of the discrete energy spectrum is proposed.
