Pedibothrium zugei sp. nov. from Trygon zugei at Ratnagiri, differs from the type species having scolex large, oval, mature segment longer than broad, testes 12 in number, in a single field. Vagina thin anterior to cirrus pouch, genital pore large, oval irregularly alternate and granular vitellaria.
