Abstract

Corporate leadership to effectiveness it is the ability to influence people to act, and motivate them to be satisfied with their performance to achieve organizational goals. This paper to analyze sustainable charismatic leadership towards job satisfactions and organization commitments of educational personnel. Mixed method research to study with key informant of administrators in secondary education service area offices, Thailand, and the sample include school directors and teachers. In qualitative on the collections came from documentary study and interview questionnaire. Quantitative on the collections to survey by questionnaires to the data. Sustainable charismatic leadership were extremity vision, high personnel risk, idealized influence, inspirational motivation, individualized consideration, and intellectual stimulation. CFA to consistent with empirical data of the statistical significance. Relationship of sustainable charismatic leadership towards job satisfactions and organization commitments to positive relationship of the statistical significance. The leaders for leading the organizations of imperative on push itself to be the strategic-based on the organizations and driven by the strategic in orders to become a higher the performance organization
