Abstract

Effective economical and essential pharmaceutical product isolation is very important in the technology transfer of Raw materials development for all biochemical industries. Most of the pharmaceutical Raw materials obtained from various sources for example plant, animal, microbial, marine and synthesis. Even though various sources are available but now a days most of pharmaceutical industries focused on microbial sources for development of pharmaceutical raw materials. The factors may be animal source may produce allergic reaction for example in olden days insulin isolated from animals, but now isolated from microorganism by using rDNA technology. There are so many factors influences for the usage of microbes for Raw material development the following parameters specifically influences, such as Rapid microbial growth, cell division, easy to handle, easily available, Highly economic. The microorganism may be present everywhere and every place but mostly soil is used as the best source in the isolation of industrial important microorganism. Further biotransformation is a new way of approaching for minimize the usage of chemicals and also reduce the duration of synthesis periods. Antibiotic-producing microorganisms were not found in the soil samples tested, but there were hydrolytic enzymes amylase and gelatinase. Soil samples were thus biochemically identified as Bacillus species. This study concluded that the collected sample produced an antibiotic negative result and contained other industrially important hydrolytic enzymes. Thus, screening for the ability to produce more bioactive metabolites from a single isolate will be more beneficial for successful screening.
